The fist thing I notice that they have a Yellow Pages logo which did not look right but are out in Germany called Yellow pages and they said that it is Fraud and that they have had calls on this.

An unsolicited fax came into our office. It said "Yellow Pages Tennessee" and had the "walking Fingers" logo on it. It also said "Return this data verification form before publication deadline" and "Please review your contact information and add products and services that your business provides" and "THIS IS NOT A BILL". The fax did not have the number from which it was sent. Our address was listed incorrectly so one of our employees corrected the information and faxed it back. Now this company wants us to pay $1,334.00 for 2 years listing in some directory that is not the real Yellow Pages. The letter we received says our bill has now been passed on to the Legal Department. It threatens that if we don't pay up, it may affect the credit rating of our business. We are not paying this phony invoice. I think we will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission instead!

An employee received a fax from Yellow Marketing Ltd ( logo is two fingers walking on a book) in December of 2016. She saw it said THIS IS NOT A BILL and signed the fax form and sent back to the fax number provided 1-888-717-4810. She thought it was just a subscription update, but in fine print below on the fax said we were responsible for payment within 10 days or the company was going into collections. We looked over the fax after receiving documents via fax after a month of signing that our account was outstanding and we owe $1, 104.00. We e-mailed to the lady's e-mail provided and asked to be removed form this and that we were sorry but it was signed by mistake. Instead of her understanding, she threatened us through e-mail that a collection agency was going to come knocking at our door and we could not cancel the 2 year subscription and that our account was going into collections. Since that e-mail we have received "6" reminders that we are past due. We searched the number and name of the company and saw it was a scam. We even called the "real" Yellow Pages and told them their logo was two fingers walking on a book and they told us it was a scam and to just throw away the documents and that they were working on getting it handled. We are still receiving documents from this company and I need to know what we can do to get it stopped. Is this a SCAM??? They are harassing this company.

Sent over a fax claiming to be the yellow pages needing updated information. I am embarrassed to say, but I fell for it; however, I do not have authorization to make purchases. I looked them up after the first attempt to get money and found them illegitimate. And they are from Germany. I'm lucky to have not have them try to call me, but they do continue to send faxes.

This fraudulent invoice was received in October. Since then I have been getting fax reminders to pay the invoice. I called and asked them not to send any reminders as it is a scam. The lady informed me it is not a scam and will stop sending when the invoice is paid. I informed her that it IS a scam and will be reported. She hung up.

I received a fax to my business, from "Yellow Pages Michigan" regarding "New Edition 2017," with the statement "Response required to be included in the New Edition 2017." The listing showed a very old address for our business, so I updated the information. The form then required me to sign & date it, I though this was weird, but thought it was a verification requirement, so I faxed the form back. The next day I received a bill for $1,304.00 for my "order" that was due immediately. I have replied three times in the last three days requested them to cancel the order, but they only reply with sending me the "signed order form," and demanding payment immediately. The latest letter said "your account has now been passed to Legal Department," and "The company will take further steps to recover the account balance through other collection methods if payment is not received, this may then affect the credit rating of your business." I have tried to cancel several times, and they are only escalating the amount due and refuse to cancel my order. I do not know how to remedy this situation. Upon further review of the form, despite it saying in large letters "THIS IS NOT A BILL," it has extremely small text that says "this is a purchase order." It says you can submit a cancellation in-writing, which I have done, but they refuse to cancel it. This is a horribly deceitful form.

We received a fax at my company and I didn't realize it was for subscription to the "Yellow Pages." I thought it was an update for the company. I made the changes and sent back. The is no way my company will pay the $1,104.00 requested to publish in the so called "Yellow Pages." After several faxes with late fees attached. On January 5, 2017, I called the company and spoke to Manon Rocher to explain that I did not understand that there was a charge for this service and that my company will not pay this charge. Manon did cancel the addition year (2 year subscription). I told them that since my company would not pay this charge it would ultimately come out of my pocket. Manon was pretty rude. I said I would have to put on my credit card and Manon told me they do not accept credit cards only checks. She then emailed me an updated invoice and confirming letter. I have attached the updated invoice.

Using the walking fingers logo and the name Yellow Pages, Yellow Marketing LTD (YML)sent a fax appearing to be a request for updated contact information from a local yellow pages directory (Yellow Pages Iowa). The fax requested a "2017 Update" of contact info, but in fuzzy fine print, the fax actually stated it was not associated with Yellow Pages and stated that the form was a purchase order, obligating the business to pay a yearly fee. After an employee returned the fax with contact info, YML sent a letter claiming the business owed over $1,000. YML began using intimidation to collect fees for the allegedly purchased "services" and was in contact with the employee by phone and email. Our business has refused to pay the fees requested by YML for allegedly purchased "services."

My small business received an invoice from Yellow Marketing Ltd in Germany. Fortunately I was very aware of the Yellow page scams from prior solicitations. Everyone beware.

We have been receiving faxes from this company, sometimes, 4 within a matter of hours, telling us we owe them money for an invoice for advertising. referencing a date in 2013. We have no idea who these people are. I think there are complaints out there of this same scam. They keep adding $50 every time they send the fax.

Claims to be a $1,099.00 invoice for Yellow Pages and demands that we pay within 7 days. The envelope was postmarked in Germany.
