fake invoice was sent to our business (we are a dental office) asking for $581.89.
states on the invoice that they will be charging 19,12000% interest (I copied it exactly as written with the comma and number of zeros they listed
asks for "cheque payable"
several other mistakes in what is considered normal on an invoice
They use the real yellow pages incignia
phone number just allows for message
we reported this to the police
