I ordered a pair of shoes January 8, 2022 and the order has reflected processing since. I have asked multiple times for an update to no avail.

Bought a pair of shoes for my son on 12/7/21 and received an email stating that the order was received and it was been processed.
I’m so upset because I order same pair before from Sneakers Outlet on 11/6 and never got them. Are these the same fraud companies?

Ordered shoes and paid online. Never got anything and they don’t answer email inquiries or phone calls and the order can’t be tracked.
