I bought a treadmill which never was delivered. I have contacted the company and they refused to process my full refund. The email [email protected] no-one is answering. If you put this email on Google you can see many different sites with the same email.

A compact treadmill was advertised on Instagram with all information in English. It had before and after images as well as customer reviews. I used a debit card to purchase the product plus express shipping. The charge showed up in my bank account as ASL*yeeplaye. The seller provided a tracking number that made no progress until I contacted them at the [email protected] email. After that, the package showed it was delivered. It had not been delivered. I contacted the company again as it had been well past the estimated delivery date. I asked for a refund which they responded by saying they had already shipped a replacement and that I should wait patiently. Now, I cannot get a response about a tracking number for this replacement which I’m assuming does not exist or a refund.

I saw an ad on Instagram for a foldable treadmill on sale at a deep discount. The site seemed legitimate. There were over a thousand reviews, all good reviews. They are still selling the product. Direct Link: https://yeeplaye.shop/products/AA There are so many false claims that I was not aware of and unable to find until after the order was placed. The first false claim is that it ships from the USA. The Tracking # I received showed it was shipping from China. Claims of a guaranteed safe checkout. Insured worldwide shipping. Moneyback Guarantee. 24/7 Customer Support. 100% Satisfaction.

I've been tracking the shipment since June 10th. I checked again today it shows it has been delivered. But I never received the treadmill. I work from home and my dad also lives with me and is retired. It is rare that both of us are gone at the same time. Now I did receive an unsolicited package in the mail. It is not something I ordered. The package I received was a 3-in-1 USB adapter cable. Certainly not a treadmill, and certainly not worth $51. It shows it was from Kathleen Bernice 5880 E Slauson Ave, Commerce, CA 90040. The USPS Tracking # is 9400 1361 0426 2794 1699 78. There is another number listed on the label which is AG988295465CN, which matches the tracking number provided to me by Fitness Global Pavilion. I tried to attach pictures but it doesn't appear to be working. Upon further research at their website, in their about us page, they claim to be a company called Meledo Company Limited, located at 4/4a Bloomsbury Square, London, United Kingdom, WC1A 2RP, Company Number 11736866, and Telephone number 44-2086385417. In the initial confirmation emails, it has support listed as [email protected], which I have contacted, but I doubt that I will receive a response.
