I placed the order online. Told me when to expect it. The tracking number would never load. I emailed them asking when it would arrive and it shouldn’t have taken this long. They said it was in my town, it was lie. I emailed them again, told them it never shown up. Sent them a few emails. Told them I want a full refund because I never got the order. And they flat out refuse to refund my full amount only 10 dollars or a new one. They told me they are affected too and it’s hardship on their part.
