E-mail that read- Congradulations, yiu have been chosen to receive a brand new Harbor Pressure Washer. To claim, simply answer a few quick questions regarding your experience with Harbor Freight Tools. Pay only $6.99 for shipping to claim your reward. So, I paid the $6.99. Next thing I know, my credit card was charged the $6.99 and an additional $56.97 for some kind of contest that I didn't consent to. I called the 888-396-3962 phone number to demand my money back, but the best they would agree to was a refund of $28.48.
