YBPO.us continuously changes their name and keeps calling saying that we owe 499.99 for services. Unfortunately the accountant paid them once thinking it was a legitimate company and they continue to call saying we owe them money. We have never authorized their services, yet they say we authorized over the phone. They will not play the recording they claim to have and usually are very hostile on the phone. I feel like they call people and scare them into paying by threatening legal action.

Company calls repeatedly asking to speak to an employee they have been told is no longer in a position to deal with their concerns but who they claim authorized a previous service for "online business listing." They claim that they cannot place us on their do not call list while we have a balance owed to their company. However, after more than half a dozen requests that they provide an invoice via email or fax, no proof of service or amount owed is ever received.
