As a Customer Services Representative you will develop professional working relationships with a range of customers, being the first point of contact for all their enquiries. This is a high-volume telephone-based role where you will need to use your excellent problem-solving skills on a regular basis! You will also support with the content to their website, so excellent written communications skills are also key!
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Full-Time Salary: $1400/week+bonuses
Part-Time Salary: $700/week+bonuses
The Customer Services Representative will join the company during a time where their workforce has doubled, and business is booming. You will work within a diverse and fast paced role, handling all elements of customer service and administration.
The Customer Services Representative will:
- Check orders and deal with contractors, builders or managers
- Handle incoming calls, complaints or enquiries regarding business orders
- Book in additional work or re-work as and when required following the completion of any work
- Respond and action incoming emails within a time-sensitive manner
- Schedule contractors or fitters in for work and manage their diaries and workload
Requirements:
The Customer Services Representative will have experience of handling elements of customer service and email responses in a time-sensitive and reactive manner.
- Experience of customer service and administration
- An empathetic, willing and friendly nature
- Be willing to cross skill to develop new expertise and support with other elements of the business
- Be proactive and forward thinking in approach
- Excellent communication skills and a superb telephone manner
