I placed an order for digital books. They charged me for physical books; $315. There is no phone number listed for this company and the only email listed is: [email protected]. so far, I've not gotten a response. They are in China.

I mad a purchase today for an offer that was priced at $1.00. They charged me $239.00. I tried contacting the company through email, they responded with NO REFUNDS and a prewritten email. I emailed them 4 times got the same exact email response each time.

There is no phone number to reach their customer service. When I searched their site for reviews, all negative reviews were filtered out. There are 7 angry emojis remaining.

I have requested a refund, reported this fraudulent charge to my bank, reported the site to Google and now you. I have also posted my negative experience on FB ,which is where I saw the ad.
