I ordered a trashbin from Yaotips for $67.45 They sent me a tracking number that was not associated with a shipper. I emailed them about the issue and they stated there was an issue with the shipper, but that I would receive the trash bin in 5 business days. I ordered the trash bin on 8/19/2021 and on 9/7/2021 I received a message from the USPS that my package had been delivered. I notified the company that I had not received the item. They notified me that the item was low in stock to they sent face masks to me instead because of the pandemic and that they would refund me 50%. I told them that I did not want or need face masks and that I did not order them, and I asked them to please refund my account for the total amount of $67.45. I had used PayPal to pay for the item and they told PayPal that they had sent the trash bin to me. PayPal originally closed my case in favor of this scammer. When I finally was able to speak to someone at PayPal, they said they would refund my account. Yaotips has not gotten back to me. Beware of this company they are trying to scam individuals.
