On 06/25/2021 I ordered 2 belts for my son from this website and was given a tracking number to track his purchase from YanWen shipping which is based out of China. Here is is 08/30/2021 and I still haven't received my purchase it says that the package was received in the US on 07/08/2021, I have contacted customs and the United States Post Office and neither has any idea where this package is I was even told by the post office that that tracking number doesn't even exist. I have tried to call the number and it just says that all customer service agents are busy leave your name and number and they will call you back, never have i received a phone call back I have emailed numerous times still no response, their is no way to contact the shipping company in which I'm going to file a scam on them next. I paid fr the purchase with my cashapp card and I'm trying to see if they can get me my money back but because its been over 60 days they wont do it. I cam across a video on youtube saying t hat this company is a scam you order and never receive your product at this point i just want my $49.99 back. picture below is what I never received.
