I purchased 6 of these bras in February 2022. Cost me $100.00. Still don’t have them. I emailed them at their support email and all I got was due to the pandemic shipments may take longer. The next time I got a response saying they were being disinfected and to be patient. From what I have read here I am not impressed that I got scammed too. Maybe my fault for not doing research. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!

After waiting 5 months to finally get my bra it arrived and is totally a different bra not even what was described in the pictures that was shown for what I had ordered. Every time I would email I would get a response saying to be patient now that I am emailing asking for a refund I am getting no response at all!

Sizing of products deceptive. Once you receive items, they won't correct the issue. Their website states that they'll make things right if not completely satisfied, but that's a lie.

My package has been waiting in Sydney since 25th February

I was able to get in touch with their customers service and they have told me that they are at customs being disinfected which may affect the time that it will be delivered (what a joke right)

Australia post has been helpful so hopefully I can get my money back

Ordered undergarments from this company. When I got them they were not the ones I ordered nor were they the right size, and I ordered off their sizing chart.
I have continually tried to email support team but have got no reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Just like others are saying, I ordered a 2pk of bras which was supposed to be $32, but they doubled my order and cost. Just got the bras and they are so small, I don't know anyone who'd fit in them. Waste of money, don't order from here!

I bought 5 plus size bras and when they got to me they were too small and not even when I ordered and they insist what I got is what I ordered and they shut me down Im very angry too much money for nothing. Don't buy from them. They don't care they have my money and I have bras that teenager might wear. I tried to make it right asked for a refund and they won't do it. I also had to threaten them with a lawyer to get any response

Stole my money from my account before the final submit was done!
They pulled the money from my account before the cost of shipping was even given! I told them I wanted my money put back in my account and they never did

I clicked on the ad in FB MarketPlace and was interested in buying a bra but I didn't want to buy it if the shipping cost was too high so I did the debit info then clicked next to see the total cost and the transaction went through! I didn't even authorize it! I am on disability and a fixed income. And I need my $32.93 put BACK in my account. This is THEFT and I am contacting the BBB and reporting it

Waited two months to get the bra I ordered only to get a bra that a twelve year old could wear when i know this is not what i ordered went on their site to address the matter but was redirected back to the page before. There is no way to contact them!

Overcharged. Shows up asTJmedia on bank statement that company does not exist. Says I paid via PayPal and I did not! Having trouble contacting anyone on this matter. I hope my bank will waive the charge for me?

Been trying a month for my order been since February 4th in transit no email responses guess they are ripping people off need to be remove for scamming people. Okay why have it better business not t been able n touch with this company

I clicked on an in-game ad for Yamasaki Fashion on Facebook. I purchased 2 bras. The purchase confirmation (on the site) said $32.93, the charge on Paypal said $76.63. The email confirmation from them did not include the amount. I immediately reported it to Paypal but I did not have "sufficient documentation" to get my money back, even though I sent them the confirmation that I had printed from the website and all email correspondence. The company had submitted tracking for the item to Paypal already. I did finally receive bras, but they were not what I ordered and the size was small enough to fit a prepubescent teen. They do not respond to my emails. Their emails are from theninjabeauty.com.
