I bought in Coshein web on October 16th, my credit card has been credit by Yagood technology for amount of US$93.56, but until now I have not received my order neither I do not know any status of it, coshein does not respond anything. I would like refund me the entire order for the amount of US$ 93.56.

I ordered 36 mega rolls of Northern Bathroom tissue on March 30, 2020 off of a Facebook ad for the website mirror-1.com. At the time the website did not have any scam alerts attached to it. Each mega roll was advertised to be the equivalent of 4 regular rolls. My visa was immediately charged for app. 56 dollars to YAGOOD Technology, weeks before the item actually shipped. No offer was made for me to cancel the order when I inquired about the substantial delay in shipping. To make a long story short, after numerous emails, I received the toilet paper on July 7, 2020 in a mailer with the return address of "Jon, 2362 Bent Creek Rd, Auburn Alabama 36830." I received 36 very small rolls of toilet paper, a Chinese brand that was nothing close to what I ordered. I emailed Mr. Ward and told him it was unacceptable and not what I ordered. He told me not to send the tp back to the address on the mailer, as I would not be credited for the item if I did, but to wait for a different address. On a whim, I googled the Alabama address and found that it was identified as a scam address, where some unknown company was sending items to people and listing the unauthorized Auburn address as the return address. Mr. Ward sent the Chinese address listed above as the return shipping address, if I wanted to return the item at my expense back to China. He offered me 14 dollars as a final offer to compensate for what was owed to me and to keep the product. I declined the offer. The transaction is in the process of being disputed via VISA and I do not know what the outcome will be. I did not receive what I ordered.
