Caller continues to call my place of business asking to speak to the Accounts Payable Department. The individuals calling from 412-404-6329 began calling for a business located in my building prior to my business moving in and now is telling me that I owe hundreds of dollars for a service they claim to be providing. I do not know who these individuals are and I have asked to be removed from their call list for the past 4 months and was informed that I would be. However, every week I receive a call telling me that I must pay them and the calls will not stop until I do pay them. I have also asked them to tell me information that would be needed to open any kind of business account in the state of Pennsylvania, to which I am told that they do not need to tell me this information or do not have this information, instead to pay. Each time these callers call from the number listed above, they become more aggressive, whether it is with me or my associates.
