On June 3rd I purchased a membership with RN. ORG for a year. I used these courses to maintain my state license when renewing my license. Recently, I tried to download my course certificates to a new phone I bought and I was locked out of my account. When I contacted them they would not let me do a password reset to obtain a permanent record of these certificates that I obtained. Since they would not, I asked to have the $19.99 refunded.
