The scammer called trying to collect for a subscription I was supposed to have purchased on a Debit card that has not been available for use since January 2024. The person calling me had my address and repeated the last four digits of the Debit card they claimed was used. The information they repeated was factually correct as far the card number and address but I've never used CBD gummies or any other iteration of that kind of product. The subscription was not purchased by me; I did not receive any kind of shipment from this company. The scammer eventually started threatening me and refused to accept my claim of innocence. After they hung up on me, I tried calling the phone number on my phone Recent Calls log and got a message that number had calling restrictions and my call would not go through. At this point I phoned my bank to verify there were no transactions on my account presented by Xtreme CBD; there were none.
