I bought nearly $200 worth of wetsuit+gear from this company; they never sent it. It has now been over 1.5 months since the initial purchase. Their phone number just directs you to submit an online request or email their info@ address. They responded once 3.5 weeks ago (I have emailed 4-5 times over the last months) to say that one item was backordered and I could either cancel it and ship the rest, or wait. I asked them to cancel and ship the rest; they did not respond, did not refund the backordered item, and still have not shipped anything. They have not responded to any further emails over the last three weeks.
