Aunt of mine searched using "bing" for "amazon support" in attempts to cancel Amazon Prime. The number for this place came up and she called it. They emailed her, used gotopc to connect to her PC and told her she had several viruses and that her credit cards were compromised. To get support they wanted $249-$500 sent via money order only.
