I got an email saying they were going to refund me for a year charge. The service was to watch me from getting scammed. I tried to cancel it and they said to give us your bank account number. I did. (I did not sign up for this service originally. But, I wanted the money.) They put me on with someone else and they put me on with someone else. The call went on for an hour-and-a-half to two hours and they asked a bunch of sensitive questions including "what is your social security number" and your "maiden name". They said they were going to put $300 in the bank on Monday. $300 is quite a bit of money. I live in Springfield, MO. I've contacted my bank.
