xnolae online store sell yard equipment and cordless tools that used at good prices. Site looks legit, they was photos of all equipment you need to create a account.But once you make purchased you get invoice but never get any tracking and the item never arrives. Have made several Email asking for tracking or refund but no answer. The site is still up, but i think they are scamming people.

I ordered a pressure washer on 3-25-2021. I was emailed that my order would be processed when payment was confirmed. The payment came out of my account on 3-26-2021 so I recontacted them to inquire if the product was shipping and when to expect it only to be emailed back that it was in process and that a tracking number would be sent when they had one. I emailed them back explaining that I would next be contacting the BBB and/or a consumer advocate. The response was the same, "it was in process and no tracking number was available yet. I'm still waiting. There is not a contact phone number to speak to anyone so all is lost.

Purchased a wood chipper from them. After reading reviews and researching chipper it was to good to be true scam. Still no word from them. Wood chipper normally 400 was for 77 dollars. I shouldn't have fell for that scam. Beware.

Make sure always when buying online any purchase only with PAypal it happen to me twice I open a claim got my money back. Henry

I was going to purchase an item that normally is priced at approximately $750.00, and they had it posted through OfferUp for $51.00. I didn’t purchase it because I look them up on BBB.

Hopefully they won’t get too many innocent peoples money or identity.
