I ordered or so I thought, a Patagonia Synchilla Scotch Pink Snap Women's sweater from http://www.xhllc.shop (no longer in existence) for my daughter for Christmas. What I received was not at all what I ordered! And Paul ***** at [email protected] (the email I was told to use if I had problem with the product delivered) agreed but would not send me a pre-paid return label or even let me return it! He instead offered me a rebate on my next purchase! The cell. number he uses or his company uses is 1-443-971-****. I contacted Patagonia because I think what he sent me is a knockoff and they confirmed it probably is and they don't sell to him. I have my emails and texts from him and I notified Visa in case he tries to charge my account again. Incidentally, I told him I would be reporting him to Patagonia and BBB. He also seems to be selling Patagonia products with website Korsoutlets.com
