I purchased a gift box of products by Charlotte Tilbury valued £250 for £45 , after 3 weeks I sent a email enquiring where my parcel was and when will it be delivered, they gave me a link to track it, I didn’t work, numerous emails later, they advised me to go to the local post office and take the matter up with them because there records said I’d received the package, i knew this was rubbish because in England the delivery person always takes a photo of the package being delivered as well as the address is documented, there is absolutely no proof of this, I asked for my money to be refunded, they refused to refund the amount I’d paid and instead offered me 20 per cent, numerous emails later they’ve said they are giving me now 80 per cent even though I’ve not agreed to this at all, I want a full refund, but I’m now realising that these people are basically committing theft, they need closing down and prosecuting
