I made an order on line and this merchant has charged me twice and I still have not received the order. I only had one response from emails stating ti would be shipped within 7-14 days and after not receiving it, sent another email and the email address came back invalid. Paypal Credit is working the fraudulent charges on my account.

The advertisement has appeared on Facebook daily since our purchase on March 22, 2020, through Paypal, telephone 402-935-7733. The initial website address through which our order was placed has changed regularly. When I contacted the original website and succeeding websites associated with the advertisement, I was informed that the shop is no longer available; yet, every day the same advertisement appears on Facebook. I have emailed the email address repeatedly to determine status of our expedited order. After the first email response that stated our order would be shipped very soon, I have heard no further response to my emails, and no product has been delivered. American Express has removed the PayPal charge from our account.
