Hello I visited a website called Xenxo on September of 2020 in hopes to purchase a gift for my mom for Christmas. After purchasing the item on the Xenxo website I received a confirmation and a TICKET NUMBER instead of a tracking number. This raised some suspicion but never the less I proceeded as normal. In addition, I did receive an email there shortly after which gave the estimated delivery date and stated that my item would take between 3-9 business days to arrive. Fast forwarding two weeks later and still no package I decided to contact Xenxo’s website and inquire about the item I purchased through their 24/7 support line. The next morning when I checked my email I had received a response in regards to my purchase stating that the Xenxo support team did in fact receive my inquiry and is working hard to get my

order processed for delivery. This raised an even bigger concern since it had already been a full 14 days since my online order. So seeming that there were no immediate person to person contact information on Xenxo website I tried the Ticket number that was given to me from the website weeks ago in hopes of trying to track my item. I even contacted my bank to make a stop payment or even a dispute concerning the matter but since the 14 days of purchase was over extended my bank could not take further actions regarding the matter. It’s been a full month a I have yet received an email nor my item. In Noting after Xenxo received payment and I tried contacting the Xenxo support team for the second time Xenxo claimed that their support team did in fact receive my email regarding my purchase and did in fact give me a second Ticket number but after stating to me that they are working hard to process my request they added in addition that Xenxo would start this process at the 4th quarter, which was never mentioned in the beginning of this whole ordeal.
