Company known as Xelmy reached out to me for a virtual interview via Skype. I had dressed appropriately, however the entire interview was via chat/text. A week later I was offered the job via email, complete with a Job Offer letter. When I was supposed to start training. They provided a series of checks to be deposited, then sent over via Zelle to a "vendor" for payment. Checks were deposited, however the checks were then deemed fraudulent, resulting in money transferred via Zelle being backed out, leaving me $2000 defrauded.

I have attempted to contact the employer for further proof/information, but I feel I am being led on for a week.
