I received a call saying our company's power will be shut off on 30 minutes. They had our companies information and address. They only gave me the option to go in person to pay by cash only to a location near our office within 30 minutes otherwise we would lose all power for 1 day. They would not supply me with any invoice or proof that our payment hadn't been made. We have auto payment set up with the real Xcel Energy and our account is current. I tried calling them back to let them know I will not be paying and they are a scam, they proceeded to hang up on me multiple times. This is very dangerous and scary for they gave me an address to make a payment with cash, who knows what would have happened if I showed up to this location with money.
