Don’t go thru this company! It’s fraud! Ordered trampoline in June says they delivered it aug 26th. We never received it! They blamed it on fed x. Fed x said they never had package to deliver! Scammmmmmmm. Never never order from this place they are scams fraud take your money, have no phone to contact them.

I ordered a trampoline with them as well. Before it shipped, I requested the order to be cancelled, and to get a refund. They sent the item after my email.
I still don't want it and it's been 2 weeks that we have been going back and forth because they are not accepting the terms which are, take the trampoline, give me my money back. The policy states that the return will cost me $9.99, now they want to charge me $100. Don't ever buy from them. They will take your money and not comply with their own terms and policies.

Complete fraud. I ordered a trampoline for my children and paid additional for express shipping. That was well over 3 months ago and I can never reach anyone by phone and I’ve only received candid response emails. I also received an email with fictitious tracking info stating the trampoline was on the way but that was a month ago and still nothing. This is a horrible company please do not do business with them. Also when I click the original link I used to place the order it just says page not found.

I ordered a trampoline on june 26,2020 for my grandchildren and still have not recieved it and asked for a refund and then they sent me tracking information that says shipped and when you enter the tracking info it comes up no details yet. I have sent over 15 emails and now im goung to report them to the BBB.If you see this company name do not buy anything from them they are scam artist.

I ordered a trampoline for my grandchildren from this website. It was supposed to arrive within 3-7 business day. It was never delivered. I called the customer service hotline and it is always "busy." The regular phone line just tells you about "special offers" with healthcare and road side assistance. There is no one to help us or at least to pretend to help us at this website. When you check the address they have listed on their website....it doesn't exist. If you want to waste your money like I did go ahead and order from these crooks.
