I had so many charges to be purchased on Xbox live where my debit account was charged, for purchases of 6.99, 49.99,19.99,4.99 from the .box company and I have no Xbox account. I was provided the Xbox number to reach out to them in reference to these purchases and when I called to inquire about the charges from the company I was told that the company could not locate any charges to my account for these amounts and that I should reach out to my card company to dispute the charges. I find it really suspicious that Xbox has charges coming out of people account but cannot locate the charges. I asked to speak to a supervisor because after calling the company twice I was given different information from the representative, box is a scam company and should be allowed to receive anyone personal information within their database if they don’t have the means to protect people information that is being used in their billing database.
