I was called by a guy named Xavier Jordan saying he was from a loan company called Lending Club and said I approved for a loan. I e-signed the documents and said he would wire the money to Western Union. When I got to Western Union he then told me I had to pay $400 for taxes. I paid it and then he says Western Union was down and will call me in morning. He gives 8 digits to me instead of 10. I confronted him about it and he then tells me the other 2 digits will be given to me when I pay another $400 for activation fees. I told him I had talked to the 800 number at the loan place and gave them his name and they told me that they have never heard of him and that they don't ask for money upfront.
