I placed a purchase online and charged with PayPal, but the seller somehow increased the charge that I approved and PayPal took more money than I had authorized. Moreover, I never received the item! After filing a claim with PayPal, the seller immediately responded with a USPS tracking number that indicated the item was delivered, but it wasn't delivered to my address, just my zip code. Of course, PayPal denied my claim, because the tracking number indicated delivery. PayPal did not respond to my complaint about the additional charge that the seller added to my credit card that I had not approved.
