I ordered a Dresden end table by Acme on April 25, 2021 from Wyckes.com. I immediately received my order invoice via email and everything seemed legitimate. The next day I noticed the $169.99 was taken out of my banking account, but I never received payment confirmation. On May 7, 2021 I received an email from Wyckes just saying I have 169 active reward points. On May 8, 2021 I sent my 1st email requesting a tracking number. No response. On May 15, 2021 I repeated my request. No response. On May 20, 2021 I demanded delivery, a full refund, or at least an explanation for delay. Again, no response. Now, on May 23, 2021 I sent legal threats to [email protected]. I do not expect a response. I will follow up and do whatever I can to stop others from learning this cold hearted lesson. This is a total scam of an operation!

I placed an order for a bookcase through the Wyckes Furniture website (www.wyckes.com) on March 1, 2021. Right after that, I got an order confirmation email of my purchase, which also stated I would get an “estimated delivery date sent to me in 5-8 business days” (not an actual delivery date mind you, just an estimation after a whole week). Red flag #1. After a week with no follow up, I emailed them to find out the estimated delivery. I get a quick response in broken English that’s talking about how they have shipment delays because of the pandemic, so they can cancel my order and give me a refund if I prefer. Red flag #2. I respond to say that I do in fact want to cancel my order now and get a refund. I get another response in broken English saying it will take some time to process the order. Red flag #3. I respond once again to clearly state I want to cancel the order and get a refund. A week passes with no response or refund. Red flag #4. I email a third time to reiterate the cancellation and refund, with no response. Red flag #5. At this point it’s been two weeks. This “business” is absolutely a scam, taking people’s money with no intent to deliver any purchased items. Once you make it clear you want a refund, they cease all communication. I see complaints with similar scenarios on Yelp and other review sites — how are they still operating?? Their website should be shut down immediately! I had to open up a fraud complaint with my bank about this. Please beware!!!

I went on wyckes funiture store off of a search for dining chairs this companys price was more afforable. I found out by the company was not longer in business they took my monies of $961.17 and my order has been pending for 5 days. It appears they are allowing people to order from there website and taking the monies as a payday. Please do not purchased from this merchant.
