Victim was contacted by email to purchase a Teacup Yorkie Puppy by someone using the name of James Watson from Boston, MA. The email included a link to a website showing pictures of puppies for sale.  The website disappeared 2 days later. The letter advertised free shipping and 5 to 6 hour delivery of the puppy. The victim payed $750 for the puppy and did not receive it within the 5-6 hour time frame.  She then called the 320-270-1125  to find out why and they told her she would be getting a call from the shipping company for delivery.  The day after sending the money by Western Union wire, she got a call from someone saying they were from the shipping company and they needed an additional $1200 for a special weather controlled container.  She payed again by wire that and still has not received to puppy.
