In March 2025, I ordered a Survival LED Flashlight, and I have never received the product. When I placed the order, it said that item would ship in five business days. After two weeks, I reached out to the company thru their Chat option, on their website, and was told that my order was awaiting fulfillment, and someone would email me. did not receive an email. I then sent two emails, and did not receive any response. I then called them numerous times, and they do not answer their phones. I left a voice message, and after ten minutes I received and email telling me that he received my message and my item will ship soon. I still have not received my order. I then sent a third email telling them that I wanted to cancel my order and get a full refund. Still have not heard back from the company, it has now been three weeks. I have reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge.
