I ordered 3 sets of waterfall Christmas lights over a month ago. I received a confirmation of order and it said I would receive a shipping notification within 24-48 hours, which never came. When I tried to contact the company via email, I never received any response. I looked up the company online and found many facebook complaints about the company. I sent another email to the company to cancel my order and again no response.
