I have concerns about the company website pass-travel-usa.com. I have read many complaints with concerns the same as mine; by the time an individual realizes that the vendor is not an authorized passport authority, personal data such as social security information has been divulged. I am okay knowing that my haste may have caused me to pay for an otherwise free document; I have concerns that a passport and future ID security for my child have been compromised due to possible interference from this company with nefarious intentions. This retailer is knowingly misleading the citizens, charging for form completion and not providing a legitimate 24/7 customer support number, nor email communication.
Attention to these concerns is most appreciated.
