I really wanted to try these. But I ordered 3/18/23 and as of today 4/25/23 I don’t have them. No tracking no receipt. Only withdrawal from my bank. I inquired after two weeks and they said “you must be patient”. Nope. I’m now reporting this online store and filing a complaint with PayPal. We need to start eliminating these scam websites. Don’t fall prey! Don’t lose your money.

Order placed on March 12, 2023. On March 22, 2023, I sent an email for an update on my order as I began seeing customer posts on Facebook that the business was a scam and they haven't received their items. The emailed back on March 23rd, and said that the order is processing/packaging and that due to large orders, they need extra time to prepare the orders and they will send out as soon as possible. On March 26th, there had been no updates, so I emailed and asked for a full refund. They replied and said they were sorry I wanted to cancel the order and asked if there was any chance I'd like to keep the order and they would refund $5.69 off to express their thanks. I responded on March 27th and said Yes, I would like to cancel. About an hour later, I received an email that my order had shipped but that tracking information was not available (as of 4/8/23, the tracking website still says item not found).

On March 29th, I emailed to get an update on my cancelation request. On March 30th, the company emailed back and said they have had over 2000 orders per day and have been sold out of colors and sizes. The arranged an expedited production to the factory and that all the items will be available this week and the order would be packaged and sent out the following week and will take 8-15 days for shipping.

On 4/5/23, I asked for an update once again on my refund/cancellation. They replied and said my order will be sent in 2-5 days and that it takes 7-14 days to ship. I would like a refund for an order that doesn't look like I'm every going to get.
