I ordered some sandals from these people on July 2020 after 4 wks I came across the reviews on these people and then file a claim w my bank after a week they declined the claim cause these people claimed that it was delivered to my home as of November 2020 I have not received the package .My bank told me to contact FedEx and after being transferred 3x the lady agent told me I couldn’t file a claim or have these people number so that I can call them. I live on a fix budget so it is a ashamed of what these people r doing. I only order the shoes cause they claimed that it correct your feet and support which I am learning is a lie

My wife ordered a pair of sandals - they are clearly defective. Right length, but the straps are so wide they fall off her feet. The company will not issue a refund... We tried calling the number - my wife spoke to someone who wanted to take an order. She said no, I need to speak to someone regarding a return. The person hung up - my wife called back, no answer. Also, their website appears to be down... A total scam. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Placed my order in March of 2020 did not receive it until July 20 of 2020 they had a policy for late delivery 15 to 45 days get a partial refund 60 days late get a full refund. They also had a pandemic clause that you had to add 30 days it took 94 days for me to get the product i ordered. I was suppose to get a full refund. I sent an email about it the next day and got no reply until my 15 day dispute was almost over (yes that is another thing once you get the product you have 15 days to get things done to have a chance to get your money back) and only reason i got a response was i went to paypal but paypal ruled against me because they cant hold the seller responsible for their policies on their website. Facebook should block them from being able to put ads up while on facebook.

I am filing a complaint with the IC3.gov a department of the FBI regarding Fastdealy.com. If anyone else would like to also file a complaint maybe we can stop these scammers and fraudulent online stores. May also be able to get our money back from fastdealy.

I purchased a pair of premium orthopedic toe sandals on 3/25/20 at 7:29:35pm. Order #s3340817-FD. I was thanked for the order and they were getting ready to ship my order and would notify me when they were sent. I have checked the tracking several times.

To date I have not received my sandals. According to tracking they are still enroute! I will be much more careful as to whom I order from in the future! These guys are a bunch of scammers!

I ordered a pair of orthopedic sandals on March 25, 2020. I received a tracking number
and it stated the shoes were in-transit May 12, 2020. I have not received the shoes nor
have I receiived any more delivery information. After reading the former complaints,
I fear I will not receive my shoes at all. After finding they were being sent from China,
I realized I may have been scammed.

I ordered a pair of Premium Orthopedic Toe Sandals on March 23rd and finally received them July 21st. They were way too large but they would not allow a return for refund. They offered a couple of discounts on future orders which I would never do. They are just a scam. BEWARE!

I ordered my shoes back in March and now we're in July and still have not gotten my shoes. I have sent several emails and keep getting the run around. Never receive good tracking information. One email said that they are still stuck in Shanghai . Seriously...i have order several other products from China and I got them on time. This company is a shame. Told me they would give me 20% of my next order. Why would you think I would ever order from you again. They keep telling me since they were shipped they cannot refund my money. I told them to go to Shanghai and pick them up since they are still in their country. Today they offer me 15% refund. Are they serious I want all my money... don't ever order from them. Disgruntled consumer

Poor quality shoe. Does not fit. Too wide. Length was fine. They would not accept a return since the length was acceptable. Tried to explain that it was not the length but the width. They were not willing to work with me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS OUTFIT! Very poor customer service! I would be embarrassed to work for a company that does not stand behind there product!

I ordered sandals on March 29. Still have not received them. Tried to call the phone number listed for this company, yet, ANOTHER scam trying to sell more bs. I want my money refunded immediately

I finally received my sandals and they were too big, poorly made from cheap plastic material and supposed to be from an orthopedic doctor! I tried to wear them around the house since they were not acceptable to wear out in public and they are very uncomfortable on the bottoms of my feet. I thought it was a US company or I would not have bought them!

After a long three months I receive my order, Arrive with the cheap plastic bag, Look like flea market sandals, It’s look completely different than the picture which shows nice pictures, It’s not shipped from usa shipped from China

I ordered a pair of sandals in March and received them in June. There are tears at the seams, edges don't align, you can see the raw edge sticking out of sides. Sent several emails stating they will give me 30% off next order, but no refund. Why would I want 30% off their other shoddy made products. They are a scam. I found out midway through the shipping that they were coming from Viet Nam. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

I purchased two pairs of sandals for my friend.  Just as the several other complaints here, they were horribly made.  You can see where the trim is uneven and falling off as well as a staple that was put on the side of the shoe. These shoes do not look the same as the photo that was advertised. I sent several photos of the defective shoes per their request and asked them to please send me a return label and a full refund asap and they sent an email stating the following:     "Based on your picture you provided us . There is have no defective on your item .We discussed with our problem and they told that cannot refund for you because arcording our pocily , we only return money back for defective or damaged product . Therefore , if you can point out some problem on our product ,we can take it as a proof to give our senior to help you solve your problem .If not, we only can give you discount code 20%OFF any product for the next purchase."      This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I ordered 2 pairs of the "comfortable" sandals for a reduced price. The price was $84+, I paid through Paypal. I received the falsely advertised sandals they are made in China (one pair shipped from CA, the other from China). They are too wide to safely wear. They were to be adjustable, but one pair was not the other only had a velcro strap which was still over an inch too big. The material (supposed to be leather) has multiple cuts and pieces sections leaving sharp edges. The soles are some kind of squishy plastic that probably would not even hold up has house slippers. Total fraud and misrepresented. And I was very disappointed in Paypal, after I sent complaints to Fastdealy 4 times with no response except a request for more information. I sent 10 photos of the defective merchandise to Fastdealy, still no response. I filed a claim with Paypal and attempted to forward them to Paypal, but Paypal denied my claim for no specific reason other than I received the merchandise. When did Paypal become a Chinese company?

I ordered 2 sandals, over 2 mos have passed. Then I rec'd 1 pair 3 days ago, very cheap material and the size length is ok...but the width is like a EEEE if that's possible. One sandal was larger than the other. I can't wear it without trying to hold on to it with my toes. Anyway, don't think I'll bother returning after reading all these reviews. Total spent was 90.00! Tough lesson learned! Unhappy in Hawaii...

I agree. I ordered a pair the end of March and it took two months to come. They are poorly made and as you said the length is correct BUT THEY ARE TOO TOO WIDE. I have taken mine to an orthotic shoe maker to see if he can make them fit so my feet don’t slide the whole way through! Very very very disappointed for the cost, the poor quality and the time it took for them to arrive, only to not be wearable!

This company is a fraud needs to be shut down ordered Sandals too wide do not fit and very cheap product for 40.00 dollars.emailed 4 times and no response if I had known they were coming from Singapore never would have wasted my money.Called everyday since end of April line is always busy.People DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY very dishonest.

On March 25 I ordered a pair of sandals, an ID stamper and a 6 in one kitchen tool. The stamper came quickly. Shipped from California. The kitchen tool finally came the other day, but interesting the return address was from Alabama. 2 months to come from Alabama? Still haven't seen the sandals. If I had known they were coming from China, I never would have ordered. Isn't that called deceptive advertising? These companies need to be shut down.

Purchased a pair of sandals. Took a long time to arrive and they don't fit. Sandal is correct length but the shoe slides right off my foot. Materials are cheap. Company refused return but instead offered a discount on new purchase. See now that company is based in Singapore! Why would I purchase another product from this scam company?

I ordered my shoes back in early March for a Mother’s Day gift for my grandma and they took 2 months to arrive. I was extremely disappointed that the shoes that arrived looked nothing like the ones I ordered. They were cheap material and build incorrectly, rendering the shoe unwearable. They were $50 so I expected a great quality shoe but these shoes didn’t even have straps that were long enough to properly close the shoe. I have attached a picture from their website of what I thought I was buying versus what arrived in the mail 2 months later. This is a fraudulent website that basically steals peoples money and it needs to be shut down. Of course when I emailed requesting a refund, they did not respond. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Thank
God my credit card company is helping me dispute the charges.
