I ordered a product that arrived 45 days later. When I emailed them the day I received it to let them know this was not what I ordered, they said they checked their system and sent the right thing, so that I should just give it away to someone else If I didn't like it. When I told them I wanted a full refund, they said they couldn't because it was past 45 days and the system said what they sent was correct. I told them that was not acceptable. They then said I could ship it back to China, but I had to cover the cost of shipping AND they were going to charge me additional money when they received the items. Then they stopped communication all together
