I ordered 12 mugs from Discount Mugs online on February 4th. I received a confirmation of the order and have been waiting for the delivery or delivery information. Nothing came. I finally called today to find out where the order is and I was informed that the order had been cancelled. They couldn't identify who cancelled it. I never received a cancellation notice and they never refunded my money.
