i had purchased a pair of Guess jeans,for a sale price of $111.00 CDN.What I received were No-name jeans with opposite features that I originally purchased.The only way to contact the company to make a complaint or request full refund was by an email address to their company's customer service.I emailed the company explaining my complaint and requesting their shipping address for a full refund,because that is what they said to do for a full refund,in order to obtain a shipping address.Two days later I received a reply.The reply made no sense or concern about my complaint,they claimed they were not doing any business at the moment and would be back in September,NO shipping address was sent.I feel this web site is fradulent and that I may be being scammed out of my purchase monies.
