This was a bulk jewelry website. I purchased a gold necklace and a GOLD bracelet. As I received the order a month later, the contents were not what I expected. I had received a fake gold necklace and a fake silver bracelet. When I reached out to customer service about the bracelet being not what I ordered. they needed pics. I sent them pics and they let me know they cannot refund anymore than 10 percent of the purchase. I wasn't even complaining that it was all fake. I was complaining that the bracelet I ordered wasn't even gold. After going back and forth(which they emailed me back from a few different emails addresses) I just wanted this to end so I agreed on the 22 percent refund. They were not budging any higher. Which I thought at least half of the money back since they mailed the wrong product. Well let's just say I check my card and they TOOK my 22 percent from my credit card and then refunded it back that same day. So they stole more money from my credit card as a refund. I did the math and everything....22 percent of my order would be $20.98 and that's the exact amount they just took from my card. I wish I knew how to stop them or at least get my money back. They are thieves.
