What the site does is charge you $49.00 and sends you an email to tell you how to get a birth certificate but does not supply the birth certificate, as they claim. They refuse to refund money. They do not supply a phone number or address. Note if you need a Birth Certificate Go directly to the county and state you were born in. Their fees are reasonable and honest.
