I ordered a cooler for $45 to be shipped to my address in Kentucky. The tracking number showed it was delivered to Texas. I emailed them and they said they resent it to the correct address and again tracking number showed it was delivered to a wrong address and wrong state. This order was placed in July 2022 and im still being told they can't refund my money because it was sent for a 3rd time. I have no tracking number this time and no item.

The ran an ad for embroidery sewing machines that had been returned by Amazon so they were selling them for 49.99. Got a tracking number but was delivered to wrong address after 50 emails back and forth I looked online and many other people had exact same experience . Not one person actually got what the purchased. I sent them an email saying how terrible I thought it was and they replied saying I should have learned a lesson!!!! Wow!
