I purchased boots from this company. They didn't ship the product. After several emails, the changed my order status to "shipped". They didn't provide any tracking information. I emailed them several more time, they finally, shipped the item. I received the order after 2 months. The boots weren't the right size, were so cheap and looked nothing like the picture. I asked for a refund and a return label. They offered me $5 and two 50% off coupons. I declined their offer, once again asking for a refund. They countered with $10 and a 50% coupon. I declined and told them they were a scam and once more, asked for a refund. I am still arguing with them. I am not the only person this has happened to. I did a quick search and found many other affected consumers. The FB page doesn't allow for comments and they delete all comments to their ads, very quickly.
