Type of a scam Online Purchase
On May 2nd, my wife saw a promotion on the website for an (Last Day Promotion & 50% OFF) Abdominal Trainer Core & Abs Trainer Ab Simulator. This is the first item on the website and the picture clearly displays a women sitting on a machine and working the muscle core. We purchased the item believing she would be receiving the machine. When the package arrived 4 weeks later, it was not the machine but a training rope. Clearly, this is not worth the price they charged for the product. ($45.00)
Since we did not receive the item we clearly thought we were ordering, we sent three e-mails to their supposed contact at [email protected] for a refund. The first was on May 18th, the second on May 31st, and the final on June 15th. To date we have never received any contact from Wrung/Aisingioro for a refund, or to see how they can make this right.
This is clearly false advertising and should be shut down since they do not provide the proper product and there is no way to contact them.
