I got 6 DM's in the last 24 hours from various Instagram accounts saying that a fitness wear account called @wrun wanted me to be an ambassador. These accounts were obviously bots and had no followers or following and only one post if that. The wrun account itself was not verified, so the whole thing looked very sketchy. I was smart enough to not dm them but if I had they probably would have asked me to buy a product to become an ambassador, gotten my info and money and disappeared.

I was contacted on Instagram telling me to dm them because they wanted to work with me as a brand ambassador. I did not reply, but did an internet search and found their website. You can tell something is fishy because they offer no information and their model/product shots are bordering on offensive. I did a bit more digging which took a little while, but started to uncover they are not legitimate, and are in fact scammers.
