Type of a scam Family/Friend Emergency
hospital. After we responded, expressing concern, this person asked if we could pick up an Apple Gift card for a sick niece's birthday. Even though the ground is covered with ice, we were going to do this. Then the person said they wanted a $200.00 gift card, scratch off the back, email it to them. This made
us uneasy so we called the family of our friend and discovered that it was a scam. Our friend is home safe and we were told his email address was hacked.
