Purchased product using my credit card but payments was converted to a PayPal transaction. Product took 2 months to be delivered and that was only because I contacted them several times asking about it. When I did finally receive it, it came from China and it was a cheap cardboard cutout wreath with plastic greens poorly stapled on that were falling off when I opened the package. I contacted them and they asked for pictures which I sent. They offered me a 20% refund and asked me to fix my product. A month later I still have not seen any refund.
