I saw an advertisement for. Two week trial of a keto product .advertised for under 6 dollars. As i started to fill out the form I noticed that there was a box already checked for an extra charge of about 2 dollars for expediting charges. As I attempted to uncheck this box the site “took” my order. I received a receipt for 3 items. I immediately wrote them about it. Telling them I did not order 3 items I ordered a 2 week trial supply. I could not afford anything other than the 2week trial supply. They sent me ANYWAY 2 large bottles of pills. I was confused. My credit card company sent me a notice that this company was requesting approximately $150 dollars andDid I approve of this request. I told them no. I asked for the phone numbers of both these companies.(there were two different charges from two different companies.) I called the “customer support”. After several phone calls I at all three phone numbers they all lead me to a Jared. He says he is the boss of all these companies. He saysThat I had ordered a subscription of both supplements. In the end he says he has deleted the charge for the expedited mail and one of the supplements. I told him I did not order anything other than a $5.95 two week order. I would not spend more money on “sending anything back”. He has now stated he would not be charging me for the other bottle and that I should stay off the internet. He constantly spoke over me and had no interest in listening to me without my constantly asking him to listen. The web site is fraudulent. I didn’t order a subscription. My attempting to remove extra items they were going to charge me for resulted in “my placing an order for an expensive subscription. (Which I never wanted, saw. )I would love to know what you can do about this fraud. Are they allowed to get away with this? My family is having a very hard time as is everyone right now. This just added big time to my stress.
