Wotoba and Annie Cloth and Noracora companies all seem to be the same- all the same products--"vintage chic" clothing and bags. They still have many, many advertisements online apparently through Google Ads. I saw the ads on the NYTimes online and so believed Wotoba was legit. There is no indication that they are not an American company. The products were promised within 10 days and I received an email to that effect. After a month I emailed to cancel and they replied it was not possible. Only one of the 4 products ordered ever arrived-- 6 weeks later---a supposed "fashion bag". That is advertised in their ads and website with a picture of a colorful woven wool bag for $35.. What arrived was a terrible polyester digitally printed item, very poorly sewn, nothing like the picture online. Charge to my Paypal account was from

CHICVINTLHO 4029357733 HK. They also charged a second amount for $23.11 from *POIDEVINJUL 402-935-7733 CA without any explanation. If you google 'Wotoba" or any pf the other names, you'll see hundreds of complaints. Also if you Google the phone number you see hundreds of complaints about false charges to people's credit cards from that number. They look legit. They have been reported to Goole Ads by many and yet Google has done nothing to stop the ads.

This company is located in China. The products they advertise on line, are totally different when you get them. I ordered a blanket jacket that looked beautiful, with outside stitching and heavy knit material. When it came, it was like a cheap robe. No outside stitching or sweater material. I tried to get my money back, but have not heard anything from the company. This is a total scam website and please don't order anything from them. Use US based companies!

Wotoba is a scam. They have beautiful pictures of their items and when they arrive they look nothing like the picture. what you get is screen printed on polyester cheap material. Not only are the items hideous it takes forever to receive them. In fact I am still waiting for my order that was placed almost 2 months ago. The customer service is email only and their only reply is a "standard" answer to any of my complaints. The return policy is ridiculous and they want you to pay for the returned item. Please buyer beware Do not order from this company!!

WOTOBA SCAM COMPANY, FTC SHOULD CLOSE THIS SCAMMER, READ ALL BAD REVIEWS, THEY ALL SAY THE SAME: DECEIVING BEAUTIFUL PICTURES OF THE GARMENTS, ADVERTISED COTTON MATERIAL ....!!! FALSE...!!! SYNTHETIC POLYESTER CRAP, SIZING WRONG, I ASKED FOR REFUND ... ANOTHER PROBLEM DECEIVING RETURNS EASY AS THE WOTOBA SITE ADVERTISE !!! ALSO FALSE!!! THERE IS NOT PHONE NUMBER OR US RETURN ADDRESS, RETURNED ITEMS HAD TO BE SHIPPED TO CHINA, WHEN ARRIVED, PACKAGE HELD AT CUSTOMS IN CHINA ... TOTAL LOSS $250.00 ...PLEASE CLOSE THIS "SCAM BUSINESS" !!!!
